Created alongside Subrgráfica, this project is a visual essay on the aesthetics of the everyday. It explores street food as a way of inhabiting the city through the senses. Using risograph prints and illustrations, the atlas makes visible what official maps overlook: aromas, textures, sounds, and memories that persist through the ephemeral. More than an archive, it is an invitation to see, smell, and feel what urban planning often silences.
